Apartment “JUIA”.- In a quiet area of the neighbourhood “Playa de Muro” is the apartment Juia located. It is close to the beach and totally independent from the other flats. This apartment is ideal for 4 people with its 80m2 living area and 40m2 terrace, built in BBQ and playing area for children. It has air conditioning hot/cold . The orientation is northeast.
SITUATION: This apartment is located between Alcúdia and Ca’n Picafort, in the north of Majorca. You find it close to the 4,5km long, beautiful sandy beach of the community Muro. 2km of this beach belong to the Albufera Park, which is kept in its original conditions but open for visitors. This little paradise is, regarded to RAMSAR, of international interest and is also declared as a protected zone for birds (ZEPA). The entrance is FREE and you are welcome here any day. (The park can only be visited by foot, bike or horse.)
DETAILED DESCRIPTION: The entrance opens to a little road and is less than 100m away from the beach. The apartment sleeps 4 people and is distributed as follows:**Living/ dining room: SAT TV, sofa, dining table and sliding patio door to the terrace. Air conditioning hot/ cold.**Bathroom: shower and toilet.**Kitchen: triple ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, extractor fan and other kitchen utensils.**Sleeping rooms: 1st : 2 single beds 90x 190 cm.
2nd : 2 single beds 90x 190 cm.**Laundry room: washing machine, iron and ironing boardTerrace: built- in BBQ, play area for children with toys, totally fenced in.
